5 stars for the amount of powder skiing!! 3 stars on prices.

First and foremost, Heavenly was blasted with a ton of snow this weekend. The slopes were in great shape making the runs amazing!

I would give 4 or 5 stars this weekend but they only get 3 from me and hear is why.
First. Heavenly created a major cluster on Ski Run. This cut into our last ski day in a major way. We are talking people everywhere on the street (nearly parked all the way down to hwy. 50) Major lack of bus pickup. Took us almost a hour just to get to Cal Lodge.

Second. You raised the prices on food! We knew you were expensive, but we were not going to face all the traffic to get back down to our car on Ski Run! So we sucked it up and paid, boy did we pay!

My advice. This mountain is great just avoid it on major snow days. Better off going to Tahoe mid-wk.

Great mountain for family time. By far one of the best places to ski and snowboard. Kids always enjoy the extra activities going on. I do recommend.
